Over de auteur

Emily Arenz is 16 years old when she starts writing her fantasy novel “Flames”. Her interest in Greek mythology and passion for the English literature go well together in this thrilling novel about Bell, a girl who knows how to get things done. Emily of course loves to read herself, especially Fantasy novels.

Inkijk

Bell looked at Cierra and asked: “But is it true, can you actually win as a natural?” Cierra thought for a second and then replied: “You are allowed to win, but the chances are so slim that no one really tries. Only those who are already excluded from the winner's party choose to be part of the naturals.” Bell looked at Sanctum, still having his hands heaved in the air looking around for any commotion. I might be able to lead myself to victory, that will certainly be a way to prove myself. Bell slowly stood up. “What are you doing?” Luc asked. Cierra, Mayon, and Alexander looked over as well. Sanctum noticed Bell and signed her over. Bell slowly walked over to Sanctum, realizing that the entire camp had noticed her entrance by now. The three contestants had already laid eyes on her, Pergam and Sedua seemed to have started gossiping about her, even though they hadn’t even met. Sanctum took Bell’s arm and lifted it in the air as he yelled: “Your leader has been chosen.” The crowd slowly clapped but there was no indication of cheerfulness in the matter. People didn’t like outsiders to be their leader, not even a leader of the lost.
