Over de auteur
Pernilla Freiholtz discovered the joy of writing when she received her first Diary. She could barely write but was determined to learn and so discovered books. Soon she became a known face at the local library. At a certain point, she started to write down her own stories. In her teenage years, she came in touch with vampires and werewolves and their world still intrigue her to this day.

"You aren't going to run for it", he says with gritted teeth’s. "That's a shame; I always enjoy a good hunt. Oh well, maybe your friends will give me something to do. Especially the blond one, I don't like making mistakes." His face becomes even harder, and his scar digs deeper. Nevertheless, that's not what Carrie is looking at; she keeps her eyes on the teeth’s that start to grow out between his lips and knows that he will attack at any moment.
"Are there bite marks on Laurie’s body?" Carrie throws out the question knowing that this might be the last chance for her to ask.
He smiles widely towards her. "So it had a name. No, there are no bite marks on her body. But there will be on the other one, and there will be on you too. No need to be sad, I'm only doing Angel a favour. Now things can return to the way it's supposed to be."
Then he moves too fast for Carrie, to capture what happens. By the time she comes back to her senses, his hand is around her neck, and she can barely breathe.
