Samenvatting
A prince who doesn’t want to be a prince, a fearless warrior, a poor clothes maker and a stranger from another kingdom. Alexios, Kiyrah, Nex and Dark meet in the hills around the Kingdom of Thara. Little do they know of the events like tragedy and romance that are awaiting them. Every one of them has a unique story, with their own demons to face and questions they need to answer. Will they choose love or justice? Will they follow their hearts or remain loyal? When the arrow gets released, they will have to fight for what they really want.
Over de auteur
Marileen Boer (2005) lives in Amsterdam with her parents and older brother. One time, she visited a castle on vacation and fell in love with the times of warriors and princes. Her story of Black Sword had been in her head since then, but she wasn’t confident enough to start writing. Eventually she crossed the bridge and began. This decision became a turning point in her life. Surprisingly the characters seemed to be writing themselves. They tell their own story and she just puts it into words. That is one of the things she loves so much about writing.

Vanaf begin neemt het boek je mee in het verhaal. Geweldig geschreven. Kan niet wachten op deel 2 en 3.
A bonfire of strong emotions and great drama. I fell in love with the main characters despite their sometimes poor choices that led them into trouble. A pageturner with a completely unforeseeable plot. Can't wait for the sequel.
