Uit het boek

My name is Kevin Thielman and I am a straight up type of man. And like my Father told me yesterday :
“You cannot expect all the positive effects without thinking about the negative “what if’s”.
What I am trying to say is, The low-carb diet works really well but there are a few thing you need to know before giving this type of lifestyle a GO.

1.Low-carb diets are pretty restrictive
2.There’s a thing called the “keto flu” *—and it’s not fun.
3.The low-carb diet works really well for some people...
4....But not so much for others
5.Bottom line: Talk to your doctor to make sure the keto diet is safe for you

*keto-flu : Keto flu is feeling the symptoms of “withdrawal” from carbs.

Over de auteur

Born and raised in the Caribbean on the beautiful island of Curaçao where every celebration begins and ends with a good meal. That is when Kevin realised that society is overeating. By doing his research he stumbled upon the low-carb lifestyle. where people claimed to lose weight but still eat delicious meals. which was the opposite of the frase “diets are tasteless”. Kevin won the golden award in 2018 during the dutch fitness awards by proving that the low-carb lifestyle does work when you want to lose weight.
